Printellect Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect and why

• Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, your organisation (if you give it), your email address, the type of activity you are planning, and anything you write in the message. We use this to reply to you and to plan a possible workshop. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• Mailing list. If you sign up, we collect your email address to send occasional updates about our workshops and resources. Lawful basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information (such as IP address and request details) to deliver and secure the site. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe, reliable website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and reply to you:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and its forms.
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), which delivers the emails generated by the forms.
• Google Fonts, which serves the fonts used on the site and may receive your IP address when a page loads.

These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for their own infrastructure, under their own terms. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. We keep mailing list details until you unsubscribe. We do not keep data longer than we need it.

Where your data is processed

Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@printellectlabs.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
